Printed forms can be turned in to the receptionist in our main lobby, by mail or through our drive-thru window during normal business hours, weekdays, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

**All public comment forms for commission meetings, including online, are due for the meeting no later than 12 p.m. (noon) the Thursday before the meeting. For the January 28, 2025 meeting, forms must be submitted by Thursday, January 23 by 12 p.m. (noon).
