It’s come to our attention that some of our customers have received “Water Quality” paper slips that include a QR code.
Please note that this is not a communication from Spartanburg Water, and appears suspicious. We recommend that you do not use your digital device to access the QR code. If you have questions, please contact our Customer Experience team at (864) 582-6375.
