Notice: "Water Quality" paper slips are not from Spartanburg Water
It’s come to our attention that some of our customers have received “Water Quality” paper slips that include a QR code.
Please note that this is not a communication from Spartanburg Water, and appears suspicious. We recommend that you do not use your digital device to access the QR code. If you have questions, please contact our Customer Experience team at (864) 582-6375.

*Beginning August 24, 2023 all customer payments made using a credit or debit card, PayPal, PayPal Credit or Amazon Pay will include a $3 convenience fee for each transaction, paid to our third-party payment processing service, Paymentus.
- Access Our Online Payment Portal
- One-Time Payment: Make a one-time payment with your Visa or MasterCard credit card or debit card using your customer and account numbers.
- Recurring Credit Card Payment: Register your account online to sign up for an automatic draft from your Visa or MasterCard credit card or debit card.
- eBill Registration: Stop paper bills from piling up by registering online for eBill, the notification of future bills via e-mail only. Opt for eBills by registering your account online and then selecting the eBill option.
- Online Bill Payment Through Your Bank: Combine your customer number and account number as a 12-digit entry (with no spaces or dashes) for the “account number” field when registering this payment method.
