The Good Neighbor Program is a charitable contribution program designed to assist needy individuals in paying their water and sewer bills. The program was implemented by Spartanburg Water in 1992 and the Salvation Army screens applicants and administers the distribution of funds. Customers can choose to make a one-time donation, a set amount each month or to round up their bill each month.
