It’s come to our attention that some of our customers have received “Water Quality” paper slips that include a QR code.
Please note that this is not a communication from Spartanburg Water, and appears suspicious. We recommend that you do not use your digital device to access the QR code. If you have questions, please contact our Customer Experience team at (864) 582-6375.

Our 2022 Water Quality Report is now available. Click below to read or call Customer Experience at (864) 582-6375 to request a printed copy to be mailed to your home address. Or you may request a printed copy in person at our Main Office: 200 Commerce St.
